Registration Process
Why join the Talent Community
Reed Talent Solutions delivers all Contingent labour requirements to the Authorities within the GLA Collaboration. We are working in partnership with the Collaboration to build Talent Communities of Temporary workers and Contractors to meet their future requirements and to help you find the best role across a variety of different employment environments. The Talent Community provides you with the greatest opportunity, and each Authority with the easiest and fastest access to top talent.
As part of the registration process, our team of experienced recruiters will get to know you, your skills, and your experience to match you with the most relevant current opportunities; but your opportunities do not end there. The Talent Community will be the first port of call for all future temporary and contractor roles for all the Authorities.
Simply put, the Talent Community seeks to identify top talent, and place it at the front of the queue.
